Calling Central Reservations
Call Central Reservations at 1(800)591-1234. Once you are on the phone with them, let the guest agent know the name of the group (Duckett Pyles Family Reunion), along with the dates of your stay. From there, they will be able to access the block with the right room types and dates.

Making an Online Reservation
Go to the block’s website: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/RICZA/G-DUPY
Enter the dates of your stay and the number of guests, then click on the box that says “Find Rooms” to proceed to the room selection page. (IMPORTANT: You must change the dates to August 9-11)

Our reunion weekend is also NASCAR weekend in Richmond, and they are expecting thousands of race fans in the area. We are reserving blocks of 10 rooms at a time until the hotel is booked. So, PLEASE make your reservations today! If something comes up, you can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before check in.
