We know that inflation has raised the cost of most things, especially food. I have tried very hard to keep the registration fee manageable and think these are reasonable costs. However, I don’t want money to keep you from the reunion. So, if you have a desire to attend the reunion but have a financial issue prohibiting you, please reach out to me and I will see if we can work something out.

Teen & Adult Registration Fee (Ages 13 to 64) - $125.00 includes:

• Hotel Event Space Rental: Friday Night, All Day Saturday ($12.50)
• 2024 Duckett-Pyles Family Reunion Tote Bag with Swag Gifts ($7.50)
• 2024 Duckett-Pyles Family Commemorative Journal ($15.00)

Elder Registration Fee (Ages 65 and Up) - $100.00
Includes everything in the Teen & Adult Registration Fee

Children & Youth Registration Fee (ages 6-12): $60.00 includes:

• Food: Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening ($45.00)
• 2024 Duckett-Pyles Family Reunion T-Shirt ($10.00)
• Fun & Games ($5.00)
• Children (5 and under): FREE, $10.00 for T-shirt

Note: The Duckett-Pyles Family Reunion allows hosts access to up to $1,000.00 to serve as Seed Money for the reunion. For 2024, the seed money will be used for a portion of the Event Space Rental fee and the remainder will be used for a 2-day State of Virginia ABC license (to allow alcohol into hotel), decorations, paper products, multimedia rentals,  discount for Elders Registration Fee, and various miscellaneous costs.
